Mrs. Tolulope Ariyibi-Oke is an accomplished behavioural systems strategist, inclusive design professional, and multi-sector transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience across Africa, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. Over a 19-year career, she has shaped policy, product, and organisational systems in education, digital access, governance, telecommunications, and financial inclusion contexts, consistently designing solutions that work for underserved and low-income populations.
Her work is recognised for embedding dignity, trust, behavioural feasibility, and user legitimacy into system design—key attributes for digital and financial inclusion at scale.
For over a decade, Mrs. Ariyibi-Oke has provided strategic leadership at MSBM UK, driving market expansion, institutional innovation, and inclusive access to executive and professional education across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Mrs. Tolulope holds an MBA from the University of Sussex, a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, and an LL.B in Law. She is a Chartered Manager (CMI UK) with work experience across Nigeria, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. She is fluent in English at an excellent level in speaking, reading, and writing.
